At this point they should have renamed it to the "Expert cup" because special cups are no longer special. The Star cup was now locked from the beginning and had better tracks (to the point where it became the new special cup). Bowser's Castle and Rainbow Road are weak versions of their GCN counterparts. Wario Stadium is a better version of it's N64 counterpart but not really special. Peach Gardens is somewhat special but not very hard. I think Waluigi Pinball, Tick-Tock Clock, and Airship Fortress are more special than these two tracks.

This Special Cup unfortunately wasn't very special at all. The main stars in the average Special Cup are a new Bowser's Castle and a Rainbow Road, but unfortunately, this game has among the weakest courses in those series' of tracks. They're still decent but they're nothing too good. Wario Stadium and Peach Gardens are fairly good tracks though which places the Special Cup #6 on this list. - darthvadern
